Returns/Chargebacks
In some cases, a return, or chargeback
may be issued. Our criteria for such a return is as follows:
- Consumer represented in lead is a minor
(under the age of 18)
- Lead is a duplicate within the same lead
category within 30 days
- Consumer's contact information is invalid
(e.g. bad address, phone number, email)
- Consumer is not a home owner
- Consumer is unreachable by phone AND
email after 30 days
